Dick Tracy’s Chester Gould was awarded a plaque from The American Institute of Men’s and Boys’ Wear in 1957, for his “good grooming and his efforts to divest Young America of its thuggish, silver-riveted leather jackets!”

I’m curious about the picture accompanying this post. It’s definitely not Chester Gould, and unless I’m mistaken, it’s actually Rube Goldberg (holding his namesake award).
