Mel Blanc spent 16 long days recording the dialogue for Gideon in Disney’s Pinocchio. Only one barely audible hiccup was used! For that single hiccup, Blanc was paid $800! Weird burp true!

To me, records are about the joy of discovery. Gently placing the tiny needle in that delicate groove and waiting to see if it will be a HIT (yaaay!) or a MISS (boo!). But when it comes to records about comic strips, they’re all winners in my book. What’s not to like?
