We continue our coverage of Cartoons Magazine‘s Centennial, with another set of extracts from the February 1912 second issue. Last month — i.e., January 1912 — saw pages of cartoons about not-yet-declared Presidential candidate T. Roosevelt, but only a single cartoon focused on eventual winner, Woodrow Wilson. A month later, Wilson received the four above & below pages.
