What’s the buzz? Britney goes Henry, but she ain’t talkin’! I was just telling Madonna the other day how I hate name-droppers, but I want mention that I did Britney’s first ever interview when she WAS talking-about her music and her first CD that was just about to be released. This was for the magazine that YOE! Studio produced for the back pockets of Mudd Jeans. Britney was so grateful for the push that she kindly did an interview with me later when she had become a “super-star” for Big Boy Magazine/Comic which we produce and YOE! Mag the magazine we license our name to for South Africa. Ah, back when Britney was a “role-model”! And that’s the bald-faced truth!

When I did this interview nobody had even heard of Britney (this was before her CD came out, remember) so we didn’t even put her photo on the cover. When I interviewed her, she was brunette and flat chested, and told me about spending the most ever on a shirt-100 bucks!

By the time I interviewed her for Big Boy she was a Big Deal and we plastered her on the front. We cropped the photo close as she was starting to dress sexy in expensive clothes I bet, but still loved by Moms and young kids.

By the time we interviewed her for our South African YOE Mag (edited by Heather Proudfoot) Britney just needed one name and was starting to get “not-so-innocent.”
But she still hadn’t flipped her wig!
