This Day in Arf History: Vic Jordan debuts

Vic Jordan made his debut on this day in 1941 as an underground agent on the the perilous WWII battlefields of the European theater. Created by Eric Wexler, Vic Jordan holds his place in history with the title of first soap-opera style comic strip. Here’s one of the comic strips below…basically the only one we could find.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard of this strip.
I like the shadowy artwork in the first panel. The rest of the art is frustrating — well-drawn, but overly busy. Still, makes me wish to see more.
