We start this work week with a happy 85th birthday greeting to Carmine Infantino, the storied, controversial and legendary old-school artist and later National/DC executive probably best remembered for his “new look” Batman in Detective Comics, his Silver Age Flash and his amazing sci-fi collaborations with Gardner Fox on Adam Strange in Mystery in Space, both from the early 1960′s.
