D. J. David B. Spins Comics-Tunes: Wonder Woman

It’s Tuesday but it feels like a Wednesday. It must be because we’ve got a Weird, Wacky Wonder Woman for our Comics Tunes Tuesday this week!
This song (which probably has nothing to do with Wonder Woman, the Amazon Princess) comes to us courtesy of the eminently capable R&B singer Lee Dorsey (“Ride Your Pony”) and legendary N’awlins songwriter Allen Toussaint. Recorded in 1968, by which time the Batman TV show craze had faded out, so there’s no excuse.

I hate to steal the thunder away from Doll Man Monday, but I have to ask: Is this Wonder Woman comic book cover a bit suggestive, or is it just me?

That was the PERFECT post between Doll Man Monday and Wacky Wonder Woman Wednesday! The Arf Blog is a daily guilty pleasure for me!
Thanks! For me, too!
Of course that cover was suggestive. When has a Wonder Woman cover NOT been suggestive!?
It’s been said before but I’ll say it again… good site, Lollypop!
