Forgive and Forget?: Wall Street Frauds Make Wonderful Cartoons #100
On the topic of things that never change…
An Apple for Teacher, by Clarence Daniel Batchelor. Originally published in 1933, in the New York City paper, Daily News. Its presentation here, is scanned from the pamphlet Contemporary Cartoons, given away at an exhibition by that title, of original editorial cartoon art at the Huntington Library, San Marino, California, March thru April 1937.

On a related side note, today is the 1st Anniversary of the start of the Occupy Wall Street protests in New York City. And if you’re wondering, our reaching a milestone number in this series — which I wasn’t even going to mention — is (almost) entirely coincidental. (The “almost” being that I did move this post two days earlier than originally planned, once I realized today was the anniversary.)
