Jumpin’ Ropes # 555
Was reading in Blake Bell’s new Bill Everett collection last night about Gil Kane interviewing Everett at The Seuling Con in 1970 and lo and behold, here’s the transcript!

Here’s an appropriately brief look at the surprisingly brief run of the British Conan the Adventurer weekly back in the seventies.

While we’re in the UK, let’s revisit a 1978 episode of Robo-Hunter, one of my favorite 2000 AD strips, with art by Ian Gibson.

Thanks for the plug, but Conan The Adventurer was from the ’90s. (I was just comparing it to some short-lasting comics from the ’70s.) There was, however, a UK Savage Sword Of Conan weekly back in 1975 which only lasted 18 issues. Great blog.
