   It’s all about foreign food restaurants for me. Those wacky foreigners and their outlandish food!

   Oh god, it’s July and I’m preparing for August. Were cartoonists more advanced back then?

   Cartoonists had the advanced technology of these calendars back then, plus postal mail rather than email. Today’s cartoonists miss lots of horsey set gags as a result.
