Just found this old sketch book while doing some Spring cleaning. It was done in 1999 when we took the YOE! Studio staff to London for funsies for a few days. It was an inspiring vacation with lots of good times and i really like the doodles. Believe me there’s other dreadful sketch books of mine that I absolutely hate. So it goes…

I haven’t posted my doodles in a while. I recently spoke at Disney World on Creativity and Brainstorming. At these conferences I always doodle while listening to the other speakers, I hope they don’t think I’m rude. Actually they probably think I’m taking notes. I doodle whether the talks are good are not. I remember doodling these while listgening to a particularly boring talk.

We have at this time at YOE! Studio a most excellent assignment. We’re doing an exciting design project for a chain of resorts in Jamaica and at the Turks and Caicos Island. So I’ve been filling up sketchbooks on the flights back and forth. Here’s some pages from the latest pen pushing…

Sure I love putting together books, designing toys, speaking in interesting places. But my favorite thing of all is doodling in my sketchbooks.
