With his Da-da style Smokey Stover comic strips Bill Holman is the perfect Arf cartoonist. I have a lengthy chapter on him in the next Arf, Arf Forum. Tons of rare art and the text is based on an interview I did with Bill in his home. Before Bill did the Smokey Stover strip he did a lot of gag cartoons. We’re presenting a couple of those today and more tomorrow. If any Arf Lovers out there have more send ‘em in and we’ll share!
