On the below half of the page, in “What Do the Tea Leaves Show?” by cartoonist Gaar Williams, we see Wall Street worrying about what kind of crack down on their dirty tricks they might be subject to, now that monopolists’ friend Taft had been replaced by Democratics President Wilson.
